PGWay and PayAdmit Partner to Simplify Merchant Onboarding and Expand Payment Connectivity

5 Minutes reading

August 2025 -  Payment orchestration platform PGWay has entered into strategic collaboration with payment infrastructure provider PayAdmit. The partnership enables faster merchant activation and broader payment method availability, without adding complexity to the integration process.

By combining PGWay’s unified API and orchestration layer with PayAdmit’s modular payment products, the two companies aim to reduce go-live timelines for merchants and streamline access to an extended network of payment service providers (PSPs).

“This is about removing operational overhead while increasing reach on both sides,” a representative from PGWay said. “Our goal is always to help merchants get live faster with less friction. PayAdmit enables that at scale.”

At the core of the collaboration is a shared approach to technical modularity. PGWay collaborates with PayAdmit’s infrastructure, including its four core products: White Label platforms that allow businesses to launch fully branded and customized payment systems; a Cashier Service that simplifies the checkout experience with an all-in-one payment aggregator;  a Payment Bridge tailored for iGaming and high-risk Industries that helps merchants go live in as little as 14 days; and a Payment Concierge Service that connects clients with trusted PSPs for fast, compliant onboarding.

This setup gives merchants access to a ready-made payment gateway that includes over 350 payment methods, covering cards, APMs, local mobile options and cryptocurrency, as part of a broader, versatile stack. For PGWay this means new merchants can be onboarded more efficiently, without requiring custom integration work for every payment provider.

At the same time, PayAdmit gains access to PGWay’s ecosystem of PSPs allowing the company to expand its backend network and route transactions more flexibly. This mutual integration creates a two-way benefit: PGWay extends its merchant offering without duplicating technical work, while PayAdmit scales its PSP coverage through a single connection.

Both companies are focused on high-volume, high-velocity verticals like iGaming and digital commerce. These are industries where the speed of deployment and payment variety directly impact user experience and conversion rates.

“The demand for flexible multi-provider payment infrastructure is only growing”, said a PayAdmit spokesperson.“Working with PGWay allows us to accelerate deployments for new merchants while continuing to expand the scope of our PSP network.”

While the partnership is technical in nature, its implications are operational. Merchants benefit from faster time-to-market, greater payment coverage, and fewer moving parts. With PayAdmit’s built-in support for cascading, routing, fraud tools, and compliance integrations, PGWay is able to offer a broader, more resilient payment stack, delivered through the same API or widget merchants already use.
